Water Therapy

I know you've heard it a million times, but do try and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Water is alkaline (pH 7.3) and prevents dehydration which can produce oil from the sebaceous glands. But don't go crazy, as this can be harmful too. Too much water will leach the body of vital electrolytes.

Water,plus fruits and vegetables at almost every meal, and/or snacks. Breakfeast is a good time to have a serving of fruit. Then, maybe an apple with some sort of vegetable (i.e. lettuce in sandwich, salad on the side, cucumbers)at lunch, grapes as a snack, and have a serving of vegetables at dinner.
